To Become an Authorized Retailer:

Step 1: Download and complete our Credit Application 
Step 2: Fax or email the completed Credit Application along with a Resale/Tax Exempt Certificate and the latest copy of a financial statement.

The request to become an Authorized Retailer may take up to 10 days to process. Once your application has been approved, you will be contacted by a Metal Arts Group Account Manager who will provide you with your login access and assist you in getting started!
