product, then add the product
to your cart. Once you have created an account with
us (if you already
have an account with us, you may sign-in at anytime), you will proceed to add your
Shipping & Handling and confirm your order.

Lead Time
Orders will be shipped in a prompt and timely manner.
Unless otherwise requested, we will hold shipment
until the entire order is complete.
Shipping
Shipments are made via the most accommodating common
carrier, usually UPS or the US Postal Service.
If you have a preference at the time of ordering,
we will try to honor your request. All products
are shipped in a beautiful presentation box. Shipments
are F.O.B. at the time of ordering. Each piece is individually handcrafted. Please allow 2-3 weeks from order to delivery. Standard shipping
is 3-5 day ground starting at $11.00 for any one
item ordered.

to change due to fluctuations in precious metal

Warranty Statement
Any jewelry having defects in material or workmanship
will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion,
without charge, with the exception of damage resulting
from accidents or improper use. Irreparably damaged
or lost jewelry will be replaced (without a minimum
order charge) at the regular price effective when
the claim is received, plus $10.00 for handling.
Replacement items will be under full warranty.
