We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date. The item must be unworn, not altered (resized), and accompanied by the attached tag or label, and the original packaging slip that was included in your shipment. Custom items and special orders cannot be returned. All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid and to the original payment method, less shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment. You will receive and email confirmation advising the credit has been issued. If your purchase was made at a non-Metal Arts Group retailer or wholesale partner, you will need to return your item to the point of purchase as it is covered under their policy. All returns must be sent back to our factory with an assigned RGA (Return Number) in order to be accepted.
