How can I pay for my online order?
METAL ARTS GROUP accepts most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
The charge on your credit card will appear as awardsuite.com.
How do I place an online order?
Ordering is easy!
Step 1 Click Register or Login under the Account button located at the top of the webpage.
Step 2 Add items to cart
Step 3 Click on the check out button within your cart and fill in all the required sections indicated by an asterisk (*)
Once you complete the checkout, you will receive an order number and a confirmation/receipt email for your order.
Can I place my order by phone?Please call us at 866.552.9421 and a customer service representative will assist you.
Do you offer gift packaging?We do not offer special gift wrapping or gift messages. However, every item leaves our facility in a beautifully designed METAL ARTS GROUP box with legend card.
I am having trouble placing my online order; can you help?If you are experiencing trouble placing your order, please call Customer Service at 866.552.9421 for assistance.
I need to change or cancel my order; what do I do?We cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please call us as soon as possible at 866.552.9421 and we will make every attempt to honor your request.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 15 business days depending on the availability of the item. This does not include the transit time.
Metal Arts Group ships all packages from its manufacturing facility in Massachusetts. It can take 1- 5 business days to arrive (depending on where in the US you are located).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.
What methods do use to ship?Metal Arts Group ships via UPS or USPS.
Do you offer expedited shipping?You may request expedited shipping on your order by contacting Customer Service. We offer 2nd Day and Next Day delivery for an additional fee. Please be aware, expedited shipping does not include production time (see "when will my order arrive"). If you would like your item by a certain date, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to meet your needs.
Do you ship internationally?No, international shipping is not available.
What is your return policy for items purchased on Metalartsgroup.com?We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date. A restocking fee may apply. The item must be unworn, not altered (resized), and accompanied by the attached tag or label, and the original packaging slip that was included in your shipment. Custom items and special orders cannot be returned.
All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid and to the original payment method, less shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment. You will receive and email confirmation advising the credit has been issued.
If your purchase was made at a non-Metal Arts Group retailer or wholesale partner, you will need to return your item to the point of purchase as it is covered under their policy.
All returns must be sent back to our factory with an assigned RGA (Return Number). For additional information or to process a return, please contact our Customer Service team at 866.552.9421.
How long does it take to process my return?Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive and email confirmation advising the credit has been issued. Please note it may take up to 10 business days from the date you receive the email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.
I received damaged, defective or incorrect item; what do I do?Please notify us within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise by calling Customer Service at 866.552.9421. We will issue you a UPS label via email and ask that you repackage the item in the original box and packaging materials. Note that the item must not be used or worn and the tags and labels must be included.
We will send out the replacement item as soon as we receive the original order at our facility.
I want to exchange the piece I received; what do I do?Please contact Customer Service for assistance on exchanging an item. Additional shipping expenses will be incurred on the new order. Custom items and special orders cannot be exchanged.
What is the MAG guarantee?Jewelry purchased through Metal Arts Group comes with a lifetime guarantee against material or workmanship defects. This policy is not intended to cover general wear and tear or physical damage to the jewelry. Please contact Customer Service at 866.552.9421 to inquire about the guarantee.
